National Enduro: Spark Arrestors and Sound Check

May 1, 2012

The LeoVince tech inspection station has been informing the riders this year and last about the importance of having a legal spark arrestor and passing the 96dba sound test. Not only is it an AMA rule but it is also the law in state and national forests. The Cajun Classic course is run in the Kisatchie National Forest so you WILL HAVE TO HAVE A USFS APPROVED SPARK ARRESTOR, not just a MX silencer with a piece of screen clamped on. This is extremely important to keep the use of this and other riding areas open for future events. There will also be a spark arrestor check on the course during the event, so please be prepared.
