With winter fast approaching many riders are left with only a few options. Either park the bike, prepare for frost and get ready to shovel the driveway for the next few months, or move south. While the latter is probably the best choice, unless you’ve got a healthy bank account or two parents that are extremely supporting, that’s not an option. Well, it looks like we found a third option, at least for those of you in the mid-west. Welcome to Ray’s Indoor Mtb/BMX park. You can thank us later.
Sure, it’s not exactly like riding your dirtbike, but it’s as close as you can get. Over the years offroad and motocross riders alike have been turning to mountain bike riding as a form of cross training. No other sport gives you the same aerobic workout while keeping your riding skills sharp like mountain biking. Not only does it help with fitness, but it also improves line selection, form and overall prowess on the bike.
Ray’s is currently only located in Cleveland, Ohio and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but we envision this becoming a lasting trend in the northern states in the years to come. The facility is receiving a ton of support from likeminded companies such as Troy Lee Designs, Vital MTB, Red Bull and a ton of others.

The park is open October - April in order to give enthusiasts a chance to hone their skills during the winter months and offers something for all skill levels. And while you're out ripping during the summer months, Ray's is busy building new and improved sections to the facility for the following winter. Needless to say, if you find yourself in the mid-west this winter be sure and include this on your bucket list.
