Don't have much going on this weekend in your neck of the woods? We bring you a new feature Hot Spot, intended to bring you random, epic trail riding spots all over the nation. Is there a good spot by you? Email us with info to relay to the rest of the world.

In case your confused, Hungry Valley SVRA is also known as Gorman to many in the off-road world. Hungry Valley, located in Southern California, is equipped with single-track, lots of trees, tight trails, sand washes, hills and possibly a dash of snow after this weeks storm. Bring the family and rig because night and day-camping ARE allowed. Riders of all experience are encouraged to ride as there is challenging terrain for all. It is located just off the I-5, Hungry Valley has 19,000 acres of land and over 130 miles of adventure trails. If your down to ride a little motocross, head west off of the I-5 onto Smokey Bear Rd, pay attention to signs as it is an OHV owned park.

And hurry! Red Sticker Season is just weeks from ending on April 30th. Which means only if you have an Out of State sticker you are permitted to put in some riding time.

Elevation- 3,000 to nearly 6,000ft

What You'll Need
The riding basics; including a camel back.
Slower gearing is preferred.
Hand guards
Red Sticker- You can purchase this sticker at your local DMV
Spark Arrestor- You can purchase one at your local bike shop.
Trail Map at the gate.
$5 for a day pass
